Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bf099" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at bf099.cam, operated by its licensed entity under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Platform" means the bf099 website, all associated digital services, game content, payment interfaces, and any mobile-optimized experience made available under the bf099 brand.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the bf099 Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the bf099 Platform, uniquely identified by a username and linked to a verified Philippine mobile number.
• "Wallet" means the electronic funds account associated with a Player's bf099 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and oversees bf099's operations under Philippine law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR before full Account functionality (including withdrawal access) is activated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, deposit match awards, or free bets credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on bf099, accessing the Platform, or using any service made available by bf099, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation or qualification.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bf099 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

03 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the bf099 Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of bf099, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms licensed by PAGCOR is lawful at the time of each session.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering and using the Account for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order under any PAGCOR-administered responsible gaming program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of bf099, its affiliated entities, or any game software provider whose titles are available on the Platform.

04 Account Registration and KYC

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) bf099 Account. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

PAGCOR mandates that bf099 complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before full withdrawal functionality is activated on any Account. KYC requires submission of:

• A clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted IDs: PhilSys National ID, UMID, LTO Driver's License, Philippine Passport, COMELEC Voter's ID, PRC ID, or SSS ID).
• A selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted ID document in a manner that allows clear verification of the ID and the individual's face simultaneously.
• Proof of address, if requested by the compliance team in connection with AML obligations (typically a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months).

bf099 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in order to fulfill its obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR's compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending review.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bf099 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bf099 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional methods may be added or removed at bf099's discretion with reasonable notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum cap applies to deposits on fully KYC-verified Accounts.
• Deposits fund only your bf099 Wallet and may not be directed to another player's Account or any third-party account.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that were previously used to fund the Account, subject to AML source-of-funds requirements. bf099 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or unverified e-wallets.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within 2–8 hours. These processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or regulatory review.
• bf099 is required under Philippine AML law to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification before processing, irrespective of prior KYC status.
• Funds that have not been wagered at least once (i.e., un-played deposits) may be subject to an administrative processing fee on withdrawal, as disclosed in the current fee schedule published on the Platform.

06 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All game outcomes on the bf099 Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for non-live games, and by physical game mechanics overseen by professional live dealers in accredited studios for live dealer titles. bf099 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on bf099:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure affecting a game round in progress, bf099's internal gaming system logs serve as the authoritative record for determining the status and outcome of the affected round. In cases where the outcome cannot be conclusively determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round, as displayed within each individual game interface. These limits may be adjusted by bf099 at any time without prior notice.
• All published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run return calculated over an extended series of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session performance or specific payout amounts.
• Sports betting markets on bf099 are governed by the specific sporting rules and settlement procedures published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

bf099 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome credits, deposit matches, free bets, cashback awards, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account in accordance with the stated promotion mechanics and are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of that bonus balance.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, specific slots, and sports markets may carry reduced contribution rates. Contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds have a fixed validity period. Unused Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that expire without satisfaction will be forfeited without compensation.
• bf099 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion will not have the terms of that specific promotion altered retroactively, except where required by PAGCOR regulatory directive.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once unless otherwise explicitly stated. Players found to have created multiple Accounts to claim a promotion multiple times will have all duplicate Accounts and associated winnings forfeited.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf099 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet balances (subject to applicable law), and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials with family members, agents, or any other individual.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software-assisted mechanism to gain an advantage in gameplay or to exploit promotional offers.
• Any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, illegal gambling operations, or any offence under Philippine law.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal, or using VPN, proxy, or anonymization technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or abuses bf099 support staff, live dealers, or other players on the Platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

bf099 is committed to the responsible gaming standards required by PAGCOR. As a licensed operator, we are legally obligated to provide Players with tools and resources to maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at no cost, directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon configuration. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session duration reminders that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering figures, configurable at 30-minute to 24-hour intervals.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Players may suspend their Account access for a defined period of 24 hours to 12 months. During the suspension period, the Account cannot be accessed and no promotional communications will be issued.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent closure of their Account with no possibility of re-registration. This option is irrevocable. Wallet balances remaining at the time of permanent self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to verified payment methods.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bf099 Platform — including but not limited to the bf099 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, audio content, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bf099 and its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from bf099.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bf099's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bf099 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, server issues, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or acts of war.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials or from unauthorized access to their Account caused by the Player's own negligence.
• Third-party payment processing delays that fall outside bf099's direct operational control, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking system delays.

Nothing in this Section limits bf099's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

bf099 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or any other competent regulatory authority.
• The Account holder being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or appearing on any sanctions list maintained by Philippine or international regulatory bodies.
• The Account holder voluntarily requesting Account closure.

Upon Account termination for reasons other than confirmed fraud or AML violation, any verified real-money Wallet balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of required AML procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.

13 Amendments to Terms

bf099 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect.

The effective date of all versions of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. The most current version of the Terms is always accessible on the bf099 Platform. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the bf099 Platform, Players are encouraged to first contact bf099 support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 15 business days, the following escalation paths are available:

• Formal written complaint submitted to bf099's compliance team via [email protected] for internal review and response within 20 business days.
• Escalation to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process, available to Players in respect of disputes concerning licensed operator compliance.
• Legal proceedings in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which the parties irrevocably submit to as the exclusive jurisdiction for any unresolved disputes.
